For standard jerseys, items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached. However, if you discover a quality issue with our 40% cooler technology or fabric after wearing, that would be covered under our defect policy.
If we made an error in production (wrong size from your order), we’ll exchange it free. If you ordered the wrong size based on our size chart, custom jerseys typically cannot be returned. We recommend double-checking measurements before ordering.
You have 60 full days from the delivery date to initiate a return. This gives you plenty of time to try your jersey during multiple bowling sessions to ensure you’re completely satisfied.
