Absolutely! We offer multiple rush options: Semi-Rush (15-21 days, +$15), Rush (7-14 days, +$25), and Super Rush (2-4 days, +$50). Perfect for last-minute tournament preparation or special events.
Do you ship to military bases (APO/FPO)?
Yes, we proudly ship to our military personnel worldwide via USPS. APO/FPO addresses incur an additional $20-$40 shipping charge depending on items and sizes, with delivery typically taking 2-10 business days.
What if my jersey gets lost or damaged in shipping?
All orders are fully insured and tracked. If your jersey is lost or damaged during shipping, we’ll replace it at no charge or provide a full refund. Simply contact our customer service team with your tracking information.
How will I know when my jersey ships?
You’ll receive an email notification with complete tracking information as soon as your jersey leaves our facility. You can track your package in real-time and see estimated delivery dates.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes are possible before production begins. Contact us immediately at Orders@Coolwick.com with your order number. Once production starts, address changes may not be possible.
