What are Cool Rewards Points?
Cool Rewards Points are the same as rewards or coupons. The more points you collect through the activities below, the more Cool Rewards Points you will earn! Points can be redeemed for $5, $10, or $20 OFF coupons that apply to your next CoolWick order.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
It’s easy to earn Cool Rewards Points! The rewards are automatically added to your account when you are signed in to ‘My Account/Points’. You can receive points the following ways:
- Making a purchase: Receive 1 point for every $1 spent at coolwick.com. Flat rate, no tier multipliers.
- Create an account: Receive 100 points when you create an account at coolwick.com
*Cool Rewards earned by making a purchase remain in ‘pending’ status for 14 days after the purchase to allow for returns and/or exchanges.
WHAT CAN I REDEEM?
Once you have at least 100 points you can start redeeming your Cool Rewards (rewards/coupons):
- Cool Rewards come in the following amounts: $5 (100 points), $10 (200 points), $20 (400 points), $30 (600 points), $50 (1,000 points). Additional rewards may be added at any time!
Redeemed coupon codes are valid for 90 days from the date of redemption.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY REWARDS ACCOUNT?
To access Cool Rewards, sign in or create an account. From the ‘My Account’ section, navigate to ‘Points’ using the tabs on the left. There you can review your activity, browse available rewards, and redeem points for coupons.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS?
To redeem your Cool Rewards, sign in to your account and navigate to ‘Points’. In the Redeem Your Points section, click REDEEM next to the reward you want ($5, $10, or $20 OFF). Your coupon code will appear in the Your Coupons section, ready to copy and apply at checkout. Please note that only one Cool Reward may be redeemed per order.
CAN REWARDS BE REDEEMED TO PURCHASE GIFT CARDS?
At this time, Cool Rewards coupons cannot be used to redeem CoolWick.com gift cards.
CAN I EARN REWARDS FOR MY PAST PURCHASES?
No, customers will earn points only from the time they are enrolled and after our Cool Rewards launch date of April 30, 2026. Purchases made before enrollment and before April 30, 2026 will not earn any points.
CAN I REDEEM REWARDS IF I CHECKED OUT AS A GUEST (WITHOUT SIGNING INTO MY ACCOUNT)?
Customers checking out as a guest will not earn points for their purchases. You will only earn Cool Rewards points if you are enrolled in the Cool Rewards program and are logged into your account at coolwick.com at the time of making the purchase.

WHY CAN'T I SEE MY COOL REWARDS?
You will not see Cool Rewards if you checked out as a guest and did not create an account. If you have questions, please contact customer service.
WILL MY COOL REWARDS EXPIRE?
No. Your Cool Rewards points never expire.
Redeemed coupon codes are valid for 90 days from the date of redemption.
CAN I TRANSFER POINTS?
No, Cool Rewards points can not be transferred to any other accounts at this time.

Fair Use: The Cool Rewards loyalty program is designed to reward our valued customers for their business. We reserve the right to terminate membership and revoke points for any activity we deem to be in violation of the intended use of the program.
Multiple Accounts: Membership is limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate points faster is strictly prohibited.
Suspicious Activity: We monitor program activity for suspicious behavior. Examples include, but are not limited to, fraudulent transactions, returns for points abuse, or exploiting program vulnerabilities.
Point Manipulation: Earning points through unauthorized means, such as using unauthorized software or bots, is strictly prohibited.
