Hey there! I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan in 2012! I am married to my husband Nate and a proud dog mom to Mabel, our golden retriever.  Currently getting my masters in clinical mental health counseling and am out bowling on the PWBA tour full time.

Who / What Got You Started in Bowling?

My grandpa and dad got me into bowling. I have great memories of Saturday morning leagues, traveling for tournaments in Illinois, and spending my Friday nights as a kid at the alley while they bowled league. I was always in the bowling alley!

What Do You Love About the Sport?

There are so many things that I love about bowling. I call bowling a timeless sport. It is something that brings in multiple generations of individuals and I think that is unique to our sport. I love the relationships you get to build with people from all over your city, state, and the world. I would also say I love the challenge and competition side of bowling. It is constantly pushing me and growing me as a person!

Favorite Bowling Memory

In the 22′ PWBA season, making the tour championships in Dallas was a highlight for me. My mom and dad were able to be down in Dallas during that time and having them there that whole week was special. Qualifying for the tour championships was a goal of mine in my PWBA career. There is something unique about sharing those experiences with those you love!

Also, bowling a 299 in that same event on the livestream was a fun memory!

Who is Your Favorite Bowler?

My dad is my favorite bowler. He is the one who got me into this sport and has been alongside me through it all. Watching him bowl and see his love for it is truly what pushed me to also love the sport.

Professionally, I would have to say Norm Duke!

I love my Coolwick pullover! It is lightweight, but keeps me warm during the cold Michigan months during events.
