From Rochester, NY- home center is ABC Gates Bowl. Current head women’s bowling coach of Hobart and William Smith College in Geneva NY. Founder of BowlFit and Co-founder of the Bowling Strength and Conditioning Academy.

Bowled in college for Robert Morris University and was the assistant at the University of Central Missouri while completing a Master’s degree in exercise science.

Who / What Got You Started in Bowling?

My dad and brother! My brother is 7 years older so I watched him bowling growing up and my dad coached him. Naturally, I wanted to be like my big brother as I got older and started bowling.

What Do You Love About the Sport?

The places it has taken me. Bowling has brought me all over the country and introduced me to so many new people.

Favorite Bowling Memory

All of the memories with my dad who passed away two years ago. He was my coach, biggest fan, and best friend and I remember him being at every single tournament growing up
