A little about me…My husband Sean and I live in St Petersburg, FL for almost 11 years now. Originally from NY, I bowled as a kid but gave it up for much of my adult life. Started back to bowling when I moved to FL and I love the friendships I’ve created through bowling.

Who / What Got You Started in Bowling?

My parents put us in junior leagues when we were young as it is typically cold and snowing in the winters in the northeast. I bowled through High School but didn’t bowl in college or in any regular leagues again until I moved to FL.

What Do You Love About the Sport?

I love the competition but also the camaraderie. I have made some of my closest friends through bowling and even met my husband at the bowling center!

Favorite Bowling Memory

Favorite bowling memory is actually what brought me back to bowling. I had a ball drilled so I could compete in a Breast Cancer Mixed Doubles event and we ended up winning. I missed that feeling and then suddenly I was back in leagues and signed up for tournaments. I’ve had a lot of great tournament wins, but that first event that made me want to get back into it was special.
