I was born and raised in Orlando, FL and currently live in Raleigh, NC for work. I have been bowling since I was 14 years old. I bowled collegiately at UAB (University of Alabama at Birmingham) from 2017-2021. My favorite animal is an elephant which represents love, loyalty, and strength. The elephant logo on my jerseys is one of my tattoos.

Who / What Got You Started in Bowling?

My algebra teacher in 9th grade was the high school bowling coach and I noticed a flyer on his desk about joining a spring practice league since it was the team’s offseason. I decided it wouldn’t hurt anything to see what it was about and the coaches that worked with me that day got me hooked. I was in the pro shop by the end of the first league night buying my first “real” bowling ball, a Storm Tropical Breeze.

What Do You Love About the Sport?

No two days of bowling are exactly the same. The friendships that I’ve created through bowling and the people involved in this sport are like no other! One thing that surprised me when I started bowling tournaments at 15 years old was the level of support from other players, even if they were not performing well themselves.

Favorite Bowling Memory

Making it to states my first year of high school bowling has to be at the top of the list. I qualified first out of my district and remained undefeated at states until the championship match.
