player profile
I am 27 years old from Joliet, IL. But I now reside in Jonesboro, AR. I relocated in order to be the first Assistant Coach for Women’s Bowling at Arkansas State University where I helped coach the team to two NCAA National Runner Up finishes. Now, I am a Community Health Educator with the Arkansas Department of Health.
Who / What Got You Started in Bowling?
My father, who passed away in May of 2025, had been the General Manager at Joliet Town and Country Lanes for as long as I could remember growing up. He was also a bowler, himself. He was inducted into the Joliet (IL) USBC Area Hall of Fame in 2023. The school bus dropped me off after school at Town and Country until high school, and had my birthday parties there from 1 year old to 7 years old. Eventually, I felt the itch to bowl all the time.
What Do You Love About the Sport?
What I love about the sport is the community and connections. I had moved away from my main bowling community, and after my dad passed away, they showed up in ways I could not expect. And not only that, but my dad coached high school teams and collegiately, and the way people showed love for him through those connections was incredible to see. I’ve really made my closest and bestest friends through bowling.
Favorite Bowling Memory
My favorite bowling memory would be winning the PWBA Dallas Fort Worth Regional in 2021. It was a part of the PWBA Dallas Classic Series, and I hadn’t bowled real well during those events. On top of it, my shoe had broke during one of them so I was not feeling confident. My best friend let me borrow her shoes for the regional, and I was just bowling to bowl. I ended up leading qualifying and went into the stepladder as the number one seed. The championship match was high scoring and it was my first stepladder experience as a professional. I knew I had won in the 10th frame, but I could not let my emotions show. I was still performing like every pin mattered. Anyone there could tell you I was so stone-faced until I threw my final shot. To make it greater, it was my dad’s birthday.
Who is Your Favorite Bowler?
Growing up, I idolized a lot of local bowlers. But once I became more competitive, I began to love Kelly Kulick.
