| I’m 31 years old. I was born in Augusta Ga and now reside in Yulee FL. My home center is Yulee Bowling & Amusements. I’m also the General Manager here at Yulee Bowling & Amusements. I have been here 3 years and off and on for many more than that. I also get the chance to host the PBA Member/Non-Member Doubles Regional here for the South Region. Being a bowler and getting a chance to run a bowling center is almost a dream job for me! I’ve been bowling since I was 5 years old so roughly 26 years now! |
Who / What Got You Started in Bowling?
| Bowling has been a HUGE family sport from the very beginning. I was always at the bowling alley as a so-called bowling alley rat. Just watching my family bowl all the time got me hooked into the sport! |
What Do You Love About the Sport?
| I love the competition. There’s not a better feeling when you have to show up for a win for your team or even in a singles competition. Also being able to get out and bowl all over the country and seeing all the different scenery. Also making new friends along the way! |
Favorite Bowling Memory
| Where do I even start with this question. I would have to pick two memories out of my book to call my favorite. First, I would have to say winning my PBA title with the OG GOAT Walter Ray Williams JR. This happened in 2019 in Tavares FL in the PBA Member/Non-Member Doubles Event. Even though it didn’t count as a title for me since I was a Non-Member, in my book, it COUNTS! Second, I would have to say bowling 300 at USBC Open Championship and finishing 2nd in All Events in 2018 just 5 pins shy of the Eagle and finishing just behind Kurt Pilon. |
Who is Your Favorite Bowler?
| I would have to say growing up and watching bowling ALL THE TIME, favorite 2 bowlers would have to be Walter Ray and Pete Weber. Being able to watch those two on almost a daily basis and with the rivalry they always had, made it impossible not to enjoy watching these two bowl for a title! |
