How a team order works
Pick the design
One design for the whole team, from thousands of licensed brand designs and CoolWick originals, or reuse a design from a past team order.
List the roster
Names, numbers and sizes for every player. Youth and women’s sizes are on Semi-Custom. Use the bulk order sheet for ten players or a hundred.
We print it by hand
Every jersey is printed and sewn in our shop in the USA and ships together. Tell us your date and we will tell you which path makes it.
Team order questions
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Two jerseys or two hundred, the bulk order sheet prices them together and the add-on discount applies.
How does bulk pricing work?
Names, numbers and logos are add-ons. On a bulk order sheet those add-ons are discounted up to 40% across the whole order. The sheet shows the price as you fill it in.
Can every player have a different size?
Yes. List each player’s size on the sheet. Youth and women’s sizes are available on Semi-Custom jerseys.
How long does a team order take?
Fast Track teams: 7 to 14 days, or 3 to 4 business days with Ultra Fast. Semi-Custom teams: up to 28 days, rush available. Give us your tournament date and we will tell you which path makes it.
Can we reorder for new players later?
Yes. Designs from past orders can be reused on a new bulk order sheet, so a new player matches the rest of the team.
